Redžepagića Tower is the most iconic traditional residential fortification in Plav and one of the finest surviving kula (tower-style homes) in Montenegro. Built in the 17th–18th centuries, it combines a massive stone base with timber upper floors.
The wooden interior elements were made using the traditional čatma system, with carved details crafted from local spruce, fir, and walnut. High windows, shutters, and balconies reflect the lifestyle of a family living between lake, forest, and frontier.
Today the tower houses an ethnographic collection showing the cultural life of the Plav–Gusinje valley and stands as a symbol of the connection between nature and culture.
